HOW TO MAKE VEGAN THAI TEA
LAY HO MA everyone! One of my all time favourite drinks is the delicious Thai tea. Join me in this episode on how to make vegan Thai tea. This Thai tea recipe is easy, flavourful, and its vegan. Pair this my other Vietnamese and Thai recipes!

Ingredients:
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp cloves
- 2 pieces star anise
- 2 tbsp black tea leaves
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk
- ice cubes

Directions:
1. toast the dry ingredients in a medium hot pan (about 3min)
2. add your water and vanilla extract
3. strain out the tea leaves with a sieve
4. in your cup, add ice cubes, tea, and milk

REAL VEGAN PUMPKIN SPICE LATTÉ | DIY BETTER THAN STARBUCKS
LAY HO MA everyone! I'm so excited to share this amazing vegan pumpkin spice latte recipe with you! Its so liberating to make this special treat literally from scratch including using real pumpkin to make the puree! We've all been guilty of going to Starbucks everyday of the week and spending a half a fortune buying sugary, syrupy drinks. WHY?! Pick your favourite pumpkin, your favourite coffee beans, gather your spices, and let's get this recipe on the go!

This is a two part episode. First we need to make the pumpkin spice puree so that it is ready for your future pumpkin spice lattes!

Ingredients for Pumpkin Spice Pureé:
- 1/2 of a pie pumpkin
- 2 tbsp worth of fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup cane sugar

Ingredients for Pumpkin Spice Latté:
- 2 tbsp pumpkin spice pureé
- 1 or 2 shots espresso (your choice)
- 1 tbsp sweetener (your choice)
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk

Directions for Pumpkin Spice Pureé:
1. bring a pot of shallow water to boil
2. cut your pumpkin in half and scoop out the seeds and guts (keep!)
3. when the water comes to a boil, turn the heat down to med, place your steamer on top, and lower one of the pumpkin halves into the steamer
4. steam the pumpkin for 15-20min or until soft
5. very carefully harvest the meat from the steamed pumpkin
6. in a blender, add the pumpkin, fresh ginger, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, cane sugar

Directions for Pumpkin Spice Latté:
1. in a cup, add your pumpkin spice puree and optional sweetener
2. using your espresso machine, fill your portafilter with coffee grounds
3. run a shot of hot water through the machine to warm it up before pulling the shot
4. tamp the coffee grounds in your portafilter and lock it into the extractor
5. pull the shot of espresso
6. steam 1 cup of coconut or almond milk and froth to your liking
7. pour your steamed milk into your cup and stir

GRAPEFRUIT KIWI REFRESHER | VEGAN DRINK RECIPES | STARBUCKS DIY
LAY HO MA everyone! I'm Wil Yeung. I'm so glad you're here today and joining me with this Starbucks inspired recipe. Let's learn how to make a grapefruit kiwi refresher drink! In our "go, go, go" society, we tend to forget that its really quite easy to make our own food for cheap and with higher quality ingredients. What are you waiting for? Let's juice that grapefruit, chop up that kiwi, and pour in that fizzy sparking water. Premium drinks served!

Ingredients:
- 1 kiwi
- 1 grapefruit
- 2 cups sparkling water
- 1/4 cup cane sugar
- ice cubes
- fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions (makes 2 355ml drinks):
1. squeeze the grapefruit juice into a bowl through a sieve
2. add the cane sugar to the bowl and whisk to dissolve
3. peel and chop your kiwi
4. in your cups, add ice cubes and kiwi
5. pour in about 1/4 cup grapefruit juice followed the sparkling water
6. DONE!

SUMMER DRINKS RECIPES | LEMON GINGER + LAVENDER BERRY
LAY HO MA everyone! I'm Wil Yeung. Join me in today's super "COOL" episode where we'll make TWO incredibly easy summer drinks. Nothing beats a refreshing cold drink that you can make in no time after a long day of hard work! Try these Starbucks inspired drink recipes and let me know in the comments below what you think!

Lemon Ginger Refresher Ingredients:
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 to 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- ice cubes
- 1.5 cups sparkling water
- mint for garnish

Lavender Berry Refresher Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 tsp culinary lavender
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup frozen cherries (or blueberries)
- ice cubes
- 1.5 cups sparkling water
- mint for garnish

Lemon Ginger Drink Directions:
1. grate the fresh ginger into a small mixing bowl
2. add your lemon juice and cane sugar and stir to dissolve
3. in a cup, place ice cubes, and pour in your lemon juice mix
4. top up with sparkling water and garnish with mint leaf

Lavender Berry Drink Directions:
1. in a hot pan, add your cane sugar and lavender
2. after about 45 seconds, add your water and turn off the heat
3. give the syrup about 3-5min to infuse
4. add some chopped frozen cherries or frozen blueberries to a cup
5. add ice cubes to the cup
6. pour in your lavender syrup
7. top up with sparkling water and garnish with mint leaf

STARBUCKS INSPIRED DRAGON FRUIT CRANBERRY DRINK RECIPE
LAY HO MA everyone! I'm Wil Yeung. I've got the perfect, fruity, summery drink for you in this episode of how to make a DYI Starbucks inspired dragon fruit cranberry refresher drink. There really is no need to buy this when you can make this (and every other recipe if you follow my work!) yourself with absolute confidence! Let's make some vegan food together!

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chopped dragon fruit
- 1 tbsp cranberry (or strawberry) tea
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- 1/2 cup water (for the tea)
- 1 cup sparkling water (Perrier, San Pellegrino, etc)
- 2 to 3 ice cubes

Directions:
1. place your tea blend in a bowl and add your cane sugar
2. pour the hot water and let the tea steep for 3 to 5 min
3. prep your dragon fruit cutting the flesh into small cubes
4. place the ice cubes into a cup and pour over the steeped tea, while straining out the leaves (if using loose leaf)
5. place your dragon fruit in the cup and pour in the sparkling water

STARBUCKS INSPIRED VEGAN COLD BREW BLEND RECIPE!
LAY HO MA everyone! I'm Wil Yeung, and I have a VERY special episode for you today! This Starbucks inspired Vegan Cold Brew Blend is velvety, luscious, creamy, chocolatey, and just all around delicious! Just like with all my recipes, it is super easy to make and is absolutely stunning! Join me in today's no BS vegan recipes episode of how to make a Starbucks inspired Cold Brew Blend (similar to Tim Hortons Iced Capp).

Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana (non frozen is also fine)
- 1/2 cup cold brew coffee (see below for a previous episode on how to make cold brew coffee)
- 1/2 coconut or almond milk
- 1 tsp cacao powder (can add more if you prefer)
- 4 ice cubes (about 1 1/2 cups)

Directions:
1. place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until there are no big chunks (don't blend for longer than it needs for the friction will start to warm and melt the slushiness)
2. BOOM! No fuss, no muss, and no BS. Pour and enjoy!

HOW TO MAKE COLD BREW COFFEE VEGAN LATTÉ | ICED COFFEE RECIPE
Theres no need to rely on Starbucks for your daily dose of amazing coffee. You will absolutely LOVE this recipe! Not only is it one of the easiest, but you can prep this the night before and have a deliciously refreshing coffee drink waiting for you in the morning! Join you host, Wil Yeung, in making an amazing easy cold brew coffee latte!

Ingredients:
- coffee (ground for French press)
- water (coffee and water ratio is 1 to 8)
- sweetener of your choice optional
- coconut or almond milk
- ice cubes

Directions:
1. place your coffee grinds in the French press
2. pour in your water and give it a good stir
3. put in the fridge to brew overnight
4. in the morning, pour your cold brew coffee into a cup (half cup or to taste)
5. add your ice cubes
6. pour in the coconut or almond milk and enjoy!

Matcha Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop (about one teaspoon) of Ceremonial Grade Matcha This episode features Certified Organic Matcha from Japan from www.thematchareserve.com
- hot water (about a half cup)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of your choice - cold water and ice cubes

Directions:
1. Scoop your matcha into the bowl
2. Add the hot water and whisk right away in a W or M motion
3. Once frothy, set aside and prep your lemonade cup
4. Add cold water, maple syrup, and matcha together
5. Finish with ice cubes and enjoy!

GREEN SMOOTHIE
If you're always on the go, this easy green smoothie will save you both time and money. All you need is a few ingredients, a blender, and some love :)

Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
generous 1/2 cup frozen mangoes
1 banana
handful of spinach

1. place everything in the blender and blend on high speed (placing softer ingredients in first may help it not clog depending on your blender)

CHOCOLATE MILK
How to make Vegan Chocolate Almond Milk!

This chocolate almond milk recipe is not only dairy free and delicious, but will remind you of your childhood - without the Moo!

Ingredients:
3.5 cups filtered water
1 cup raw almonds (for even better results, soak the almonds overnight in a container)
2 tbsp cacao powder
2-3 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)

Directions:
1. Pour the filtered water into your vitamix (or blender)
2. Add the almonds, cacao powder, and maple syrup
3. Blend on highest setting for around 1min
4. Line a big jug or mixing bowl with cheese cloth or a nut milk bag
5. Gently squeeze out the almond milk
6. Pour into a glass bottle, and chill in the fridge

ICED TEA
Ever buy those iced tea concentrates from the frozen aisle and never thought of making your very own at home from scratch? Well, you're in luck because making your own natural iced tea without artificial sweeteners, colours, and preservatives is actually WAY easier than you'd ever imagine.

Ingredients:
2 tsp loose leaf jasmine tea or green tea
1-2 tsp maple syrup (to taste)
1.5 cups cold water
1/2 cup hot water
couple of ice cubes

Directions:
1. steep your tea leaves in the hot water for about 5-8 minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger your tea
2. pour your maple syrup into your cup followed by the hot water, cold water, stir to mix, and then ice cubes
3. that's it!!

GRAPEFRUIT "LEMONADE"
There's nothing like a fresh cold drink on a hot day or simply after a long day! Join me in making this super simple "lemonade" using grapefruit!

Ingredients:
2 grapefruits
3-4 tablespoons maple syrup
generous sprigs of fresh mint
4-5 cups filtered water
ice cubes

Directions:
1. do your best to juice the grapefruit (place a sieve over your mixing bowl to catch the seeds
2. place the ice, fresh mint, maple syrup, grapefruit juice, and filtered water into your serving jug and enjoy!

MATCHA MILK TEA
Most cafés that serve green tea drinks use pre-mixed powders that contain a bunch of funky stuff! Try out this super fast, easy, and absolute delicious Vegan Iced Matcha Milk Tea!

Ingredients:
1 generous tsp Matcha Powder (best grade you can afford!)
2 tsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
2-3 tbsp of hot water
1 cup cold filtered water
1 cup almond or coconut milk (homemade if you have!)
3 ice cubes

Directions:
1. start off by placing 1 generous tsp of matcha powder into your whisking bowl
2. add the hot water and whisk in an "M" or "W" motion until matcha is completely dissolved and frothy
3. in your drinking glass, place your ice cubes, cold filtered water, and maple syrup
4. now add your matcha and your choice of dairy free milk
5. give it a good stir and ENJOY!

HOT CHOCOLATE
This one's a crowd pleaser! Who doesn't like hot chocolate? Time to throw out that cocoa mix packed with preservatives and additives. Let's make a nice cup of hot cocoa together!

Ingredients
10g dark chocolate
2 tsp maple syrup
pinch of cinnamon
dairy free milk of your choice

Directions:
Double Boiler Method:
1. bring some water to boil and place a stainless steel mixing bowl on top
2. pour in 1 cup of milk into the bowl
3. chop chocolate
4. add into bowl
5. stir, add 2 tsp maple syrup, and pinch of cinnamon
6. give it a good whisk!
7. plate and ENJOY!

Steam Wand Method:
1. chop chocolate and place in milk jug
2. add two tsp maple syrup
3. add milk
4. power up your espresso machine and turn on steam wand
5. place the steam wand in the milk and angle to create a swirl/spin in the milk
6. once you reach 160-170F turn off steam wand, purge, and wipe clean
7. plate and garnish with some chop dark chocolate
8. ENJOY!
