HOW TO OPEN A COCONUT
There are many ways to open a coconut and harvest the water and meat. This is one technique that could help you with that process. Coconuts for everyone!!

Ingredients:
- young thai coconut (husked)

Directions:
1. Use either a clever or a heavy duty knife and chop (be VERY careful!) the outline of a square on the top of the coconut
2. Carefully pry open with a sturdy metal spoon
3. Strain the coconut water through a sieve over a mixing bowl
4. Harvet the coconut meat from the inside using a spoon

PEELING GARLIC
There's no need to buy pre-peeled and minced garlic often swimming in preservatives and stabilizers. This is the best way to peel garlic! Remember this tip to quickly and easily peel your garlic! All you need in some unpeeled garlic and...your hands!

Ingredients
-Garlic Clove

Directions
1. Take your garlic and simply twist it around with your hands, you should hear the peel crackling. This means that its loosening!
2. Peel the garlic
3. That's it!

ROASTED GARLIC
Ever go to those fancy pants Italian restaurants and they serve beautifully buttery roasted garlic with toasted bread? Guess what, I will show you how to roast garlic in the comfort of your own home. It is extremely easy and the oven does all the work. Serve the garlic with toasted bread or use them in virtually any recipe that calls for garlic YUM!!! Ingredients:
Garlic (1 full bulb)
Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil

Directions:
1. Slice the garlic bulb in half and place on baking sheet
2. Add salt, pepper, and olive oil
3. Wrap the garlic closed in the baking sheet
4. Bake in the oven at 350F for 30-45min

Fresh Mangoes

Directions:
1. Start by slicing a small portion off the butt of the mango - this way it wo'nt roll around when you peel it
2. Peel the mango by circling around the fruit from top to bottom with your knife
3. Continue in the same manner with the meat
4. When you get close to the pit, feel the pit and slice around
